If you have booked a regular service with us, you can expect to have the same person each visit unless we need to change the schedule for any reason. If for some reason your regular is no longer available, we will always let you know in advance, and we will organise the best possible replacement. Of course, if you would like a new person we will see what we can organise and try to arrange this for you.
We will discuss your needs and requirements ahead of time for your booking, if for some reason you need additional time, this will be at the discretion of the person providing the service and dependent on their schedule. Additional charges will apply to additional hours.

No but we just require 1 weeks notice for ongoing scheduled clients.
